Climate Change Poses Challenge For Peru

A dancer in the traditional costume for the “Dance of the Scissors,” performed in Andamarca during the yearly irrigation festival. Customs and institutions hundreds of years old still govern decisions about water use in many rural areas. It remains to be seen whether they will be resilient enough to handle the challenges of climate change.
